charming as in this relaxed, cottage atmosphere Resort. Studios, one-,
two-, and three-bedroom villas combine with the elegance of a bygone era
to recapture all the fun, excitement and timeless appeal of the coastal
villages of the 1940s. The quaint, seaside mid-Atlantic feel is
accentuated by all the shops, vendors and the glittering excitement of the
nearby boardwalk. And Disney's Boardwalk Villas are located within walking
distance of Epcot® and a boat ride to the Disney-MGM Studios.
521 Villa Resort Rooms. Rooms for guests
with disabilities and non-smoking rooms are available.
Studio: Four guests maximum, plus one child
under age 3 in a crib. Studios feature kitchenette with microwave oven,
under-counter refrigerator, wet bar, coffee maker, ceiling fan, TV, hair
dryer and high-speed internet access. Private porch or balcony. One
queen-size bed and a double-size sleeper sofa. The average studio offers
359 square feet of living space.
One-Bedroom Villa: Four guests maximum, pls
one child under age 3 in a crib. Features a fully equipped kitchen,
washer/dryer, ceiling fans, TV in each room and VCR in the living room.
Master suite features a king-size bed, a whirlpool tub, hair dryer and
high-speed internet access. Queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.
Private porch or balcony. 712 square feet of living space.
Two-Bedoom Villa: Eight guests maximum,
plus one child under age 3 in a crib. Features a fully equipped kitchen,
washer/dryer, ceiling fans, TV in each room and VCR in the living room.
Master suite features a king-size bed, a whirlpool tub, hair dryer and
high-speed internet access. Additional bedroom offers private bath with
hair dryer, queen-size bed and double-size sleeper sofa. Queen-size
sleeper sofa in the living room. Private porch or balcony. 1,072 square
feet of living space.

Kids Programs
Kid's Nite Out, Inc.
Kid's Nite Out caregivers can provide one-on-one in-room childcare in
the comfort of a Walt Disney World® Resort room. The professional staff of
Kid's Nite Out gives the child individual attention by playing a variety
of fun-filled activities with him/her including reading books, coloring,
or playing "I Spy" games. They can also provide a fun, well-trained sitter
to just hang out with the family if they need a father's/mother's helper.
Kid's Nite Out also plans and works children's parties, camps, and
children's theme conventions.

See how beer is brewed! This micro-brewery offers a glimpse into the
beer-making process and provides samples of its award-winning handcrafted
ales. Savor stunning steaks and other mouth-watering favorites in addition
to the sensational suds. Or relax and enjoy sumptuous outdoor dining on
the BoardWalk, where specialties include drunken rib-eye, grilled pork
chops, flame-grilled meatloaf and the Jungle Grub kids' menu. It's
