| Our Resort offers you 179 newly
renovated rooms, efficiencies and one-bedroom suites in 3
different buildings - the Beach Building, the Main Building, and
the Suites Building. All rooms are equipped with in-room safe,
refrigerator, microwave oven, dataport, voice mail,
remote-controlled cable color TV, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron
and ironing board |

Our Beach Building is located directly on the beach where
you will also find our beachside swimming pool and Damon's
Beach Bar, a beachside tiki bar and grill. There are 3 types
of rooms:
The Main Building is located just across the small beach
road, El Mar Drive, from the Beach building and is bordered on
the west side by A1A. This building contains the Lobby and our
new Damon's Grill & Clubhouse Lounge.

complete without an exciting signature restaurant and a relaxing
beachside tiki bar and grill. Naturally, we have both and both
of them are brand new - Damon's Grill and Clubhouse Lounge,
and Damon's Beach Bar. With more than 100 locations
throughout the United States, Damon's is known for its excellent
quality and terrific value. Damon's Clubhouse is more
than a sports bar - every booth has its own color TV which
offers you the flexibility of selecting one of several different
sports events being aired or your choice of 99 different
channels offering a variety of programs or the nationwide NTN
trivia game. |

- The Clarion Lauderdale Beach Resort is ideally
located on the northern edge of Fort Lauderdale in the
charming seaside village of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. This is the
preferred area of greater Fort Lauderdale because of the
small-town casual and friendly atmosphere where locals and
tourists alike spend time walking the streets of this quaint
area.
